Note: We are automation and structural specialists. We do not provide licensed electrical contracting (high-voltage line-side work) or plumbing services. All technical work is strictly limited to low-voltage system connectivity and mechanical entrance integrity.

2. Quotes and Estimates
  • Free In-Person Quotes: We provide zero-obligation, in-person estimates for properties within our Port St. Lucie service area.
  • Pricing Validity: Quotes provided by our technicians are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
  • Jobber Integration: All quotes and scheduling are managed through our Jobber portal for transparency and accuracy.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
  • Appointments: Scheduling is subject to technician availability. We prioritize emergency repairs for stuck community gates and broken residential springs.
  • Cancellations: We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of non-emergency appointments.
  • Access to Property: Customers must ensure our technicians have safe and clear access to the gate operator or garage door area at the scheduled time.
4. Payments and Promotions
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior commercial/HOA contract terms have been established.
  • Grand Opening Offers: Any “Grand Opening” or seasonal promotions are subject to the specific terms listed on the offer (e.g., “First 50 customers” or “Expiring Feb 15th”).
  • Discounts: Our 10% Military and First Responder discount applies to labor costs and must be requested at the time of the initial quote.
5. Liability and Warranty
  • Workmanship Guarantee: We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, we will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue.
  • Parts Warranty: Warranties on parts (motors, springs, logic boards) are provided by the manufacturer. Sunrise Garage and Gate provides a [Insert Duration, e.g., 90-day] warranty on labor for all installations and repairs.
